The Widder Pneumatic Hacksaw is suitable for all types of field and in-plant service. This heavy duty explosion proof unit is driven by a 1.7 hp vane type air motor. Its self contained throttle allows blade speed control from 0 to 300 strokes per minute. 40cfm (1.28m3) of 90 psi (620 kpa) air with an airline filter-lubricator is recommended. |
(Center) Model 18800
The Widder Hydraulic Hacksaw offers an alternative for those jobs where exhaust air and an electrical drive are not allowed. This explosion proof unit requires 5 gpm (18.9 lpm) 1500 psi (105 Kg/cm2) hydraulic fluid of at least 100 SUS viscosity. The built-in flow control valve regulates the blade speed from 0 to 300 strokes per minute. |
(Right) Model 10272
The Widder Electric Hacksaw operates on 120 volt, 15 ampere household current. A built-in heavy duty speed control regulates the blade speed from 50 to 250 strokes per minute. This is an ideal tool for in-plant service. |
| MOUNTING ACCESSORIES |

Widder Power Hacksaws are designed to be mounted on the work to be cut with one of the following accessories. |
- The LARGE PIPE CLAMP (#20257) is used to mount your power hacksaw on pipe and tubing from 4" to 12" diameter. It features a quick locking clamp. EXTENSION CHAINS are available in 6" (#20258) and in 12" (#20259) diameter increments to increase the capacity of this clamp in order to meet your needs.
- The SMALL PIPE CLAMP (#20252) is used to mount your power hacksaw on pipe and tubing up to 6" diameter. It features a quick-locking clamp and a swivel head for angle cuts.

| BLADE GUIDE ACCESSORIES |

Blade Guides reach across the work being cut and stabilize the blade so that it does not whip and vibrate. This extends the blade life, squares the cut and helps eliminate accidental blade breakage. |
